Demand

This legitimate Demand was presented to and accepted by an authorized representative of the President of the United States from Principal Chief Carl Hudson of the Southern Cherokee Government. The Demand is for the land, waters, resources, improvements and monies owed to the Southern Cherokee Government for the past and present usage of the land, waters, resources, improvements and monies owed to the Southern Cherokee Government by the United States since July 1866. The legitimate Demand accepted by the United States also includes the Arkansas River, its riverbed, and all improvements.
